Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager (Sales Executive) to join our Automobile Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automobile products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle showroom walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drive coordination
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales processing
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Automobile experience preferred)
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Sales-oriented mindset
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate must be Indore localized
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Valid driving license is compulsory
