We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager (Sales Executive) to join our Automobile Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automobile products
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle showroom walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drive coordination
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales processing

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Automobile experience preferred)
  • Skills:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Presentable and confident personality
    • Sales-oriented mindset

Mandatory Requirements

  • Candidate must be Indore localized
  • Must own a two-wheeler
  • Valid driving license is compulsory

Compensation

Salary: As per market norms + attractive incentives
