Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer service requests and explain repair/maintenance work
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians/workshop team
- Provide cost estimates and timelines to customers
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality service
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain service records and follow-up for repeat business
