General Manager – Service (After Sales) | Automobile Sector

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Service (After Sales) to lead and manage the entire after-sales operations. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to drive service performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end service operations including workshop, parts, and customer experience
  • Drive service revenue, profitability, and productivity targets
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention
  • Implement service processes, quality standards, and OEM guidelines
  • Lead, train, and develop service team (Advisors, Technicians, Managers)
  • Monitor KPIs, MIS reports, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Presentable and professional personality
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in automobile after-sales
  • Maruti experience preferred

Salary: As per market norms + performance incentives
