We are seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Service (After Sales) to lead and manage the entire after-sales operations. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to drive service performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end service operations including workshop, parts, and customer experience
- Drive service revenue, profitability, and productivity targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention
- Implement service processes, quality standards, and OEM guidelines
- Lead, train, and develop service team (Advisors, Technicians, Managers)
- Monitor KPIs, MIS reports, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Presentable and professional personality
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in automobile after-sales
- Maruti experience preferred
