We are seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and manage overall sales operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations including showroom performance and team management
- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability
- Plan and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and market development activities
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and MIS reports
- Lead, train, and motivate sales team (RM, SRM, SM, etc.)
- Ensure excellent customer experience and conversion ratios
- Manage dealer network, corporate sales, and key accounts
- Coordinate with marketing and finance for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Presentable and professional personality
- 8–12 years of experience in automobile sales
- Maruti experience preferred
