General Manager – Sales | Automobile Sector

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and manage overall sales operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations including showroom performance and team management
  • Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and market development activities
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and MIS reports
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales team (RM, SRM, SM, etc.)
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and conversion ratios
  • Manage dealer network, corporate sales, and key accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing and finance for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Presentable and professional personality
  • 8–12 years of experience in automobile sales
  • Maruti experience preferred

Salary: As per market norms + performance incentives
