We are hiring a dynamic Call Centre Team Leader to manage and drive performance of our customer support/sales calling team in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise call centre executives (inbound/outbound)
- Monitor daily calling performance, lead conversion, and follow-ups
- Ensure achievement of team targets and KPIs
- Train, coach, and motivate team members for better productivity
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain MIS reports and coordinate with sales/service teams
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Excellent communication & team handling skills
- Experience in call centre/automobile industry preferred
- Indore local candidate
- Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license
