Team Leader – Call Center | Automobile Sector

We are hiring a dynamic Call Centre Team Leader to manage and drive performance of our customer support/sales calling team in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise call centre executives (inbound/outbound)
  • Monitor daily calling performance, lead conversion, and follow-ups
  • Ensure achievement of team targets and KPIs
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members for better productivity
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain MIS reports and coordinate with sales/service teams

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Excellent communication & team handling skills
  • Experience in call centre/automobile industry preferred
  • Indore local candidate
  • Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license

Salary: As per market norms + incentives
