We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to enhance the skills and performance of our automobile sales team. The role focuses on training delivery, capability building, and driving sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling
- Identify training needs and design modules accordingly
- Monitor performance and provide on-the-job coaching
- Support new joinee induction and continuous skill development
- Track training effectiveness and maintain reports (MIS)
- Align training programs with business goals and sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Experience in automobile sales/training preferred
- Indore local candidate
- Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license
