Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the ₹51,000 Real Estate Benefit Coupon issued by Patel Motors and PM Group on the purchase of a new eligible Maruti Suzuki vehicle from an Arena or Nexa dealership, delivered during the Festive Season campaign period — 14 September to 14 November 2026. Each coupon is valid for redemption for 1 year from the vehicle’s delivery date. By accepting, activating, or redeeming this coupon, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms in full.
Eligibility & Issuance
Issued with every new Maruti Suzuki vehicle (Arena or Nexa) bought and delivered from a Patel Motors showroom between 14 September and 14 November 2026. Used and True Value vehicles do not qualify.
The coupon is issued in the name on the vehicle invoice.
Value: ₹51,000.
Activation & Validity
The coupon must be activated within 30 days of the vehicle delivery date, at patelmotors.com/coupon-real-estate or at any PM Group project site. Verification takes up to 2 working days.
The coupon is valid for 1 year from the vehicle delivery date. Coupons not redeemed within this period lapse automatically and are not eligible for extension, replacement, or compensation of any kind.
How the Coupon Works
The coupon can be used on any PM Group residential or commercial project. There is no minimum property value.
Share your Coupon ID when you book. Once you have paid 25% of the property’s base price, ₹51,000 is taken off your balance payable.
The coupon applies to the base property price only. It cannot be used for the booking amount, GST, stamp duty, registration, or maintenance or other charges.
Only one coupon may be used per property. It cannot be combined with any other offer or scheme.
The coupon has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, gifted, or redeemed for cash under any circumstance.
All redemptions are subject to validation against Patel Motors Group’s official digital coupon register, which is the sole and final record of a coupon’s validity and status. A physical certificate, screenshot, message, or verbal claim carries no weight where it conflicts with this register.
Transfer & Nomination
The coupon is issued in the name of the original vehicle purchaser and cannot be sold or transferred.
The original holder may nominate one immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) to use the coupon on their behalf, subject to Patel Motors Group’s verification. Patel Motors Group may request supporting documentation for this purpose and may decline a nomination at its discretion. A nominated coupon cannot be re-nominated or passed on further.
Cancellation, Reversal & Recovery
If your property booking is cancelled after the benefit has been applied, ₹51,000 will be deducted from your refund and the coupon cannot be used again.
If your vehicle purchase is cancelled, the coupon is cancelled. If the benefit has already been applied, ₹51,000 will be recovered from the customer, adjusted against any other amount payable by the customer to Patel Motors or PM Group, or recovered by any other lawful means.
Patel Motors Group reserves the right to cancel a coupon obtained with false or misleading information.
No Liability for Property Transaction Outcomes
This coupon is a promotional benefit only. It does not constitute an offer, promise, allotment, booking confirmation, or reservation of any specific real-estate unit, project, or inventory, and does not form part of, or override, any separate agreement for sale, builder-buyer agreement, or allotment letter executed between the customer and the relevant PM Group entity or developer.
Availability, pricing, specifications, possession timelines, and all other terms of any property purchase are governed solely by the applicable project’s own sale documentation and RERA registration, and remain subject to the customer completing the developer’s standard booking, eligibility, KYC, and payment process. This coupon does not guarantee allotment of any unit.
Patel Motors Group is not liable for any loss, delay, or dispute arising from the customer’s property transaction itself, including but not limited to construction delays, developer default, financing issues, or disputes between the customer and the developer, beyond the value of the coupon benefit itself.
Certificate, Data & Verification
PM Group’s digital coupon register is the final record of every coupon. If your certificate is lost, contact us for a replacement. Patel Motors Group is not liable for any benefit availed by an unauthorized party before such a report is made.
Your details (including name, mobile number, and vehicle invoice details) are used to verify your coupon and administer this scheme. If you agree on the form, our real estate team may also contact you about our projects. You can opt out at any time.
General
Coupons are issued only on vehicles delivered between 14 September and 14 November 2026. Redemption validity for each coupon is as set out under Activation & Validity above.
PM Group may change or end this offer for future purchases, at any time and without prior notice. Coupons already issued will not be affected.
This offer is made by Patel Motors and PM Group only. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. is not part of this offer.
Patel Motors Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from participation in this scheme, reliance on this coupon, or any delay or failure in its issuance, verification, or redemption — including where such delay or failure arises from technical, network, or third-party service issues beyond Patel Motors Group’s reasonable control.
Coupon values, once redeemed, will not be adjusted for taxes, price changes, or offers announced after issuance. Any statutory tax or levy arising in connection with this benefit, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms constitute the entire understanding between Patel Motors Group and the customer in relation to this coupon and supersede any prior oral or written communication on the subject.
These terms are subject to applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
